Weird Dreams

I took a brief nap Monday evening before resuming my studying for my archeology exam and I had some very vivid but, well, weird dreams.

I was on a coastline in a marsh that seemed to be the front yard of my house, happily planting sturdy seedlings of what I kept conceptualizing as (oh geez, I'm embarrased to admit this, but here goes ) "marriage plants". Yes, yes. I think they even had Lowe's Home Improvement and Gardening tags to that effect.

Sigh.

Anybody who knows me knows that (a) I'm buying a house, (b) I'm getting married in a month, (c) I love to garden and that (d) I'm reading about the advent of domestication and agriculture in Asia (i.e. planting rice plants in flooded valleys by Neolithic peoples of China - for my archeology exam in the morning) and will have NO trouble interpreting that dream.

Happily planting little marriage seedlings... [blush] Sheesh. Have I got a literal brain or what?

Hi!

I'll write about my weekend after my archeology exam. Here's a picture from the Bridal Shower:
