Pretty "Weeds"

I was out on the back porch, tending my plants when Jeff noticed some
blueish flowers in the farthest portion of our 1 acre yard. I decided to
pick a few for our table. I'm not entirely sure what they are - they
resemble lavender, but I think they may be a blue salvia. They are
obviously deer resistant since the plants are huge, and all have long
stalks of gorgeous blue flowers. If I can't find the lavender I want to
grow (hidcote) in my flower beds out front, then I think I'm going to go
transplant some of these beauties. And yes, I got a picture:[Update: These are indeed a native salvia Victoria
